Q: How did Lisa and Parnell meet?
A: In 2001 Parnell realized he’d spent seven years with Mrs. Wrong and evicted her from his life. Hoping to find his Mrs. Right he took his chances by answering several internet personal ads. A few responded back and emails began zipping back and forth, but soon Parnell found he was only hoping to hear back from one lady in particular. The emails between them continued and grew into long phone calls including several made while Parnell was on a road trip to South Carolina. A four hundred dollar cell phone bill later and Parnell knew it was time to meet in person. Parnell met Lisa face to face for the first time on the front steps of Lisa’s family home in Mansfield. They spent most of that evening sitting in a car parked over looking a beach talking for hours. They’ve been practically inseparable since.
Q: How long have Parnell and Lisa been married?
A: It didn’t take Parnell long to know Lisa was the part of himself that he’d been missing. They spent every possible waking moment together for just over a month when Parnell bought her a ring and planned to propose. He had already talked with Lisa’s mom and told her his plan to ask her hand in marriage and how he planned to wait and propose at Christmas. However Parnell’s fear of fling gripped him when he learned Lisa was planning fly to see some friends. All he could think about was if the plane crashed. What if he lost her without telling her how deeply he felt for her? The weekend before her flight Parnell took her to dinner and proposed to her on one knee and she accepted. Lisa’s parents reserve was only that they not rush the wedding and to have a long engagement. Parnell kept his word to her parents and they married about two years later on September 28th 2003.
Q: We are Lisa and Parnell from?
A: Lisa was born and spent her whole child hood in the town of Mansfield Ma. With her parents and older sister, however in Parnell’s case you would need a large map of south eastern Massachusetts and a hand full of marking pins to mark all the small towns Parnell lived in while growing up with his mother and half brother. The past aside Parnell and Lisa now reside together in their own humble little home in Middleboro Ma. It’s a great location only 20 minutes west of Cape Cod, 30 Minutes south of Boston.

She also enjoys many of the documentaries shown on WE, Lifetime and Oxygen.
